iDharma takes all reports seriously. Every submission is logged, reviewed by a trained team, and tracked to resolution under platform governance protocols.


What You Can Report

Platform or Technical Issues

  • Broken pages or dashboard features
  • Proposal or messaging errors
  • Payment, contract, or tool listing bugs
  • Login or access problems

Trust & Safety Concerns

  • Harassment, impersonation, or spam
  • Misrepresentation of credentials or listings
  • Unauthorized tool behavior or code
  • Scope breaches or unprofessional conduct

Legal or Compliance Issues

  • IP infringement (code, models, branding, etc.)
  • Violation of license terms
  • Unlawful data access or usage
  • Breach of confidentiality, NDA, or contract

Escalation Requests

  • Disputes over deliverables or payments
  • Unresolved support issues
  • Security concerns involving platform integrity

How to Report

  1. Use the Report Form
    Submit an Issue
    Include relevant details: type of issue, users involved, affected project or tool, and any supporting materials.
  2. Attach Evidence (if applicable)
    Upload documents, screenshots, or logs to help us verify and resolve faster.
  3. Track Progress
    You’ll receive a case ID and timeline estimate. Our Governance & Support teams will follow up within 24–72 business hours.

What Happens Next

Step Description
Acknowledgment You’ll receive confirmation of receipt and a case reference number
Review Our team investigates using platform logs, contracts, and engagement history
Resolution Most cases are resolved through remediation, moderation, or structured mediation
Escalation If necessary, matters are referred to legal, compliance, or security leadership

All reports are confidential. You won’t be penalized for good-faith reporting.


Anonymity & Confidentiality

You may request anonymity when reporting another user or listing.

We review all such requests in accordance with our Trust & Safety Policy and Legal Protocols.
