2. Project-Based Contracts

   Every project posted and accepted on iDharma is governed by a Project Agreement, which includes:

   • Scope of work
   • Deliverables and milestone structure
   • Payment schedule and release triggers
   • Ownership/IP terms (customizable)
   • Confidentiality clauses
   • Termination and dispute clauses

   Clients and consultants may use iDharma templates or upload their own legal documents.

3. Tool Licensing Agreements

   Tools listed in the AI Solutions Marketplace are governed by disclosed licensing models (e.g., commercial, open source, enterprise license). Each listing includes:

   • Scope of use
   • License duration and renewal options
   • Transfer rights, restrictions, and warranty limitations
   • Optional add-ons: support, SLA, or integration assistance

   All tool purchases are backed by a digital transaction record and license acceptance log.

4. IP Ownership Protocols

   Clients retain ownership of deliverables when:

   • The Project Agreement defines a “work made for hire” clause
   • IP transfer is agreed in writing and completed via milestone

   Consultants retain rights to reusable methods, non-client-specific frameworks, or open source libraries unless otherwise stated.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

   Standard confidentiality provisions are included in:

   • Platform Terms of Use
   • All iDharma Project Agreements
   • Optional NDA templates available at project launch
   • Solution partner contracts and pre-sale documentation

   Sensitive files are restricted to scoped users only, encrypted in storage and transit.

6. Dispute Resolution Protocols

   In the event of a legal or delivery conflict:

   • Users may initiate a Formal Dispute Ticket via the dashboard
   • iDharma’s Governance & Integrity Team reviews documentation and contracts
   • Structured mediation is prioritized before escalation
   • Jurisdiction is defined in the Master Terms (default: Delaware, USA unless otherwise stated in custom contracts)

   Legal intervention is rare—but prepared for, if necessary.

7. Platform Enforcement Rights

   iDharma reserves the right to:

   • Suspend or terminate accounts for verified legal violations
   • Remove content, tools, or listings that violate laws or platform policy
   • Withhold payment in escrow for investigation during dispute review
   • Enforce IP rights, prevent impersonation, and protect third-party rights

   All enforcement actions are documented and subject to audit.
