Know if your organisation is actually ready for AI — before you spend on it.
Most AI initiatives stall not on the technology, but on data, capability, risk and governance. Our independent assessment scores you across all four — and hands you a prioritised roadmap of exactly what to fix, in what order.
What gets scored
Four dimensions, one readiness profile.
- Data foundations — quality, access, governance
- Organisational capability — skills & operating model
- Risk posture — bias, security, privacy, IP
- Governance maturity — policy & oversight
The four dimensions of AI readiness
Each dimension is scored and benchmarked, so you can see exactly where you are strong and where you are exposed.
Data foundations
Is your data accessible, governed, labelled and trustworthy enough to build on? We assess pipelines, quality, lineage and access controls.
Organisational capability
Skills, roles, executive sponsorship and operating model. Can your teams actually adopt, run and own AI once it ships?
Risk posture
Where AI could expose you — bias, security, IP, privacy and third-party model risk — and how prepared you are to manage it.
Governance maturity
Policies, oversight, documentation and controls measured against EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 expectations.
You leave with a roadmap, not a report that sits on a shelf
Every assessment ends in a prioritised AI adoption roadmap: your readiness score by dimension, the gaps that matter most, and a sequenced action plan your team can start on immediately — with the highest-risk items called out first.

AI readiness, answered
What is an AI Readiness Assessment?
It is a structured, independent evaluation of how prepared your organisation is to adopt AI safely and effectively. We score you across four dimensions — data foundations, organisational capability, risk posture and governance maturity — and hand you a prioritised roadmap of what to fix and in what order.
How is this different from an AI Audit?
A Readiness Assessment looks forward: are you ready to build and scale AI? An AI Audit looks at a specific system you already run and tests it against standards and regulations. Many clients start with a readiness assessment, then commission audits on the systems it flags.
What do we get at the end?
A scored readiness profile across the four dimensions, a gap analysis, and a prioritised adoption roadmap with clear next actions. Higher tiers add stakeholder interviews, a live readout and a board-ready summary.
Which tier is right for us?
The $499 Self-Serve assessment is a fast, structured baseline. The $5,000 SMB assessment adds expert review, interviews and a roadmap workshop. The $25,000 Enterprise assessment covers multiple business units, deep governance review and a board-ready briefing.
How long does it take?
The Self-Serve tier is immediate. The SMB assessment typically takes 1–2 weeks; the Enterprise assessment 3–4 weeks depending on scope and the number of business units involved.
Do you need access to our systems?
No system access is required for the assessment itself — it is built on structured questionnaires, documentation review and interviews. Deeper, system-level testing is part of a follow-on AI Audit.
