What is the referral fee?
You earn a referral fee of 10–15% of the engagement value when a client you introduce engages iDharma and pays. The exact percentage depends on the engagement type and your level of involvement, agreed when you register the deal.
Why register a deal?
Registration protects your referral. It records that the introduction came from you, so your fee is attributed correctly even if the client takes time to engage. It also lets us coordinate so we are not approaching the same client twice.
Who is the program for?

Do I have to deliver any of the work?
No. iDharma delivers the audit or compliance engagement through its verified experts. You make the introduction and stay as involved as you and the client want — the delivery burden is ours.
When and how do I get paid?
Referral fees are paid after the referred client engages and pays for the work. Payment terms are confirmed when your deal is registered and qualified.
Is this legal/ethical for a law firm to do?
