1. v2.1 Updated 17 August 2026 Current

   Section 08 now states that iDharma is not an accredited certification body, CPA firm or Qualified Security Assessor, and that work scoped against ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 or PCI-DSS is a readiness and gap assessment. Section 11 adds the terms for using iDharma's name and marks.

2. v2.0 Effective 2 July 2026

   Rewritten for iDharma as an independent AI-audit service rather than a marketplace: scoping before any charge, fixed-scope fees through Stripe, your data used only for your audit, reports as independent assessments, and dispute resolution by JAMS arbitration in Indianapolis under Indiana law. A disclaimer for free tools and estimators was added on 3 July 2026.
